Housekeeping&Maintenance module

The Housekeeping&Maintenance module is a separate module within the Hotel Management module. This module allows a hotel user (for example, a housekeeper or receptionist) to create housekeeping or maintenance work orders in manual or semi-automatic mode.

What is a Work Order

The housekeeping module in HOST360 is based on work orders - a special task for a housekeeper or technician for a specific date. This order can be generated for all current reservations or manually for a specific room. This work order can be of two types - housekeeping or maintenance.
