The In-House list is a crucial feature that displays all current reservations with a checked-in status. This list provides hotel staff with real-time information about guests who are currently staying at the property, allowing for efficient management of services and resources. 


In-House Guests


To open 'Departures' list, follow these steps:

  1. open 'Hotel Management' module;
  2. click on 'Frontdesk' tab;
  3. select the 'In-House Guests' from the drop-down list.

On this page, the system displays all reservations that have checked-in statys. The following columns are included:

  1. Check-In - shows the check-in date and time of a certain reservation;
  2. Check-Out - shows the check-out date and time of a certain reservation;
  3. Reservation Number - shows guest or group reservation number;
  4. Guest - shows guest name;
  5. Group Name - shows group name if it is provided;
  6. Room Number - shows room number if it is already set;
  7. Room Type - shows room type where a set room number belongs;
  8. Channel Code - shows a channel code that is added to a certain reservation;
  9. Total - shows the total amount of charges in a current reservation;
  10. Amount Paid - shows the total amount of charges paid;
  11. Is Fully Invoiced - if the checkbox is active, it means that all charges are invoiced.


The columns 'Room Type', 'Channel Code', 'Status', 'Total', 'Amount Paid', and 'Is Fully Invoiced' are optional in this view and could be hidden due to user preferences. 


The search functionality allows users to search using the Reservation Number, Guest, or Room Number in the system.
