Hotel Settings
Efficient hotel room setup plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. From the placement of furniture to the arrangement of amenities, every detail contributes to the overall guest experience.
How to create a new room setup
To create and configure these room setups, follow these steps:
- in the 'Hotel Management' tab, click on 'Configuration';
- select 'Room Setup' from the list in the 'Room Settings' section.
Click the 'New' button in the top left corner to create a new record - a new record with certain fields appears:
- 'Name' - please specify the title of the setup;
- 'Room Numbers' - add the room numbers for which this setup is suitable.
When creating a reservation, the corresponding room setup will be available only for the corresponding room numbers.
How to modify Room Setup
To modify already created records, follow these steps:
1. To modify a record, click on the corresponding line and make all necessary adjustments on the room setup record - change a name or add/remove room numbers;
2. To delete a record, click on the checkbox in the corresponding line -> Actions -> Delete.
3. To duplicate a record, click on the checkbox in the corresponding line -> Actions -> Duplicate.
